Returns
Our store features two distinct types of products: custom-made printed items (like apparel and mugs) and natural cosmetics (Avrill). Because of this, our return policies vary depending on the item you purchased.
1. Custom Printed Items (Clothing, Mugs, etc.)
Our printed items are created using a print-on-demand model, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Because of this, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. In the rare case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us at cs@bondandhoney.com within 14 days of product delivery. To process this, you must provide a clear photo showing the issue, and there is no need to return the damaged product to us.
- Multiple Items: If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one single frame will be required.
- Print Placement: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) apparel, please note there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement; minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
2. Cosmetics (Avrill) & European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
For our natural cosmetics line, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
To be eligible for a return, your personal care item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, completely sealed, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (all our printed apparel and mugs), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) that have been opened or used. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
As our printed products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. For cosmetics, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- For custom printed items: We will notify you once we've reviewed your submitted photos. If approved, your refund or free replacement will be processed immediately.
- For cosmetics: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your physical return, and let you know if the refund was approved based on the condition of the item.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
