Thank you for shopping with us! We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Because our store features both custom-made printed items and our own line of natural cosmetics (Avrill), our processing and fulfillment procedures vary slightly depending on what you order.

1. Order Processing and Production

  • Custom Printed Items (Apparel, Mugs, etc.): These items are created using a print-on-demand method. This means your item is custom-made specifically for you once you place your order. Please allow a few business days for production before your order is shipped.
  • Avrill Cosmetics: Our natural cosmetics are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our creative facility in São João da Madeira, Portugal. Orders containing these items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Note: If your order contains both cosmetics and custom printed items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

2. Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping

We currently focus our delivery services within Europe. We are delighted to provide 100% Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of size or value.

3. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and produced, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) as soon as your items are dispatched.

4. Unsuccessful Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address, the package may be returned. If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping or reprint charges required to send the package again. If you opt for a refund instead, please note that only a partial refund may be issued in these cases.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

While most of our orders shipped within the European Union will not face customs charges, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply depending on the specific destination country and the origin of our printing partners. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
